      Hybrid Set-Up and they provide equipment

      Cons

      Upper Management acts like a clique and bullies new employees. Overall bad working environment for your mental health. People with no management skills are handling teams. No work life balance - management expects you to work even during lunch hours. Gossiping is part of the culture and even when reported to management no actions are made. Excessive drinking on all company gatherings and they force you to drink. No proper internal processes.
