If you're a person of color be careful stepping in here. There's a ton of gaslighting, micromanagement, and people do not respect work life balance here. Nevertheless, you're expected to bend backwards for a company that does not value you at all. Microaggressions, passive aggressiveness, and people on their high horse about their "careers" is very much a pattern at this place. Be prepared for conversations behind your back. Mentally tiring and dehumanizing to be there.

If you are not fortunate to be included in the cliques of the company, then this is not the place for you. A business operating akin to a slaughterhouse where the ones running the joint are also the chickens with their heads cut off. Very limited lack of hiring resources to help a fledgling network. A veneer of prestige with racial and transphobic insensitivity bubbling underneath the surface. Another example of many lacking in understanding of the TV industry falling up the ladder which is then illustrated from the stress of leaders never having positions this high-up taking it out on their more knowledgeable underlings. Despite being called “max” their ability to understand creatives is at a minimum.
