Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Management development and very good place to learn everything there on how the industry and companies work. You will for sure fully understand what it means to work in a serious company and how the work functions. Guaranteed experience, skills and knowledge to get very fast. Critical thinking and organizational challenges. If you want to learn how to make the most of your time and resources you will learn it here, also working with people, internal and external users and customer service, and customer support.
Cons
Low Salary, bad compensation for very high responsibility. For mining, iron and steel industry there are way too low salaries and days off. Highly Educated Engineers are being payed same as High Scholers and there is little to none chance of growth in the overall comparison.
