1. Culture: Flat hierarchy with genuine empathy. You really feel cared for here. 2. People: Working alongside some world-class experts who are also the kindest people I know. 3. Balance: The work-life balance is fantastic. We work hard, but we rest well.
Cons
Because the business is quite broad, getting alignment across teams can sometimes feel intense. It requires a lot of coordination to push things forward, which adds a layer of complexity to the daily work.
