- Great workplace conditions - Flexible Schedule - Team always ready to help, even if out of the project scope - Focuses on employee training and improvement - Easy communication and transparency between ranks - Projects are challenging and help you grow over time

- Project onboarding may be somewhat time consuming, depending on the complexity of it

- Great culture and very friendly people - Use the latest stack of technologies (AWS, K8S, microservices, etc) - Their benefits package is incredibly good - Excellent office with a swimming pool and by the beach

- Company with a long road to go so there are a lot of challenges to be faced
