Not a good place to work

Pros

You can get a chance to work on projects directly from day one.

Cons

The company is owned, managed, and run by one person. That guy has zero self-respect. He can call you and ask you to work anytime. Minimum working hours are 9:30am to 8:30pm, i.e. 11 hours per day for India. Salaries are not paid on time, and some of the ex-employees never got their salaries and variables. Work environment is toxic. There are no public holidays. Taking leave is also very difficult, as CEO generally don't approve of it. The company puts zero effort into making the work environment fun. People don't even see the faces of anyone during their entire job (no one ever opens the webcam)

Worst Company to work for.

Pros

You’ll get to work with new technologies, primarily Red Hat tech. The work structure is decent, allowing you to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Plus, the availability of remote work is a definite advantage.

Cons

The company has no proper payroll structure, with salaries often delayed for over two months. Don’t expect to be paid during the notice period, and even your regular salary is never guaranteed on time. Promised bonuses from the offer letter? You likely won’t see those either. Employees are treated poorly, with no real sense of purpose or support. If you’re based in India, be aware that they have no office here and don’t manage your taxes. The company lacks clear direction, and overall management is highly disorganized.
