      Pros

      Strong industry knowledge exists within the team and the company have strong corporate branding

      Cons

      An extremely negative environment with poor internal communication and lack of team spirit. Very disjointed structure with an apparent lack of trust right across the team and no leadership from management. Not a rewarding or positive place to be.

      Pros

      Guided Solutions is a very professional and carying environment to work in. People are super friendly, helpful and personable. WHen i have an issue with a project or am stuck at work colleagues are there to help move on with great and various ideas. I love being surrounded with dynamic minds and self-driven individuals.

      Cons

      I have no bad expereince with them so far.
