Pros
- The Hungarian branch is made up of some of the absolute best colleagues I've ever worked with. Going to the office and participating in teambuilding activities with them was awesome. - Education system is great. - The international environment provides good experience for people at the beginning of their career.
Cons
- Poor salary with no meaningful raises - Your opinion doesn't matter - Awful, unnecessarily strict timesheeting rules and the impossible situations they create - If you're assigned on a bad project, it can quickly make life miserable for you and tank your salary
