Can't think of anything cons yet

Where do I begin? Please rethink especially if applying to tech department (especially for Guess factory) - Extremely low Pay( I was getting paid 30k less than industry standard) - No flexibility- I felt like I was getting discriminated against since I do not have children. - Cliques- some of the technical designers have been there for 10+ years sp it’s very cliquey…including with management. If a manager likes you she will help you with your workload - cannot take off for medical reasons. I was asked why I was going to the doctors etc and then was frowned upon - Requested a standing desk for medical reasons and it took them over 3 months to even acknowledge my health issues - HR has favoritism! If you aren’t part of the clique….HR rep in our department did not say hi to you! Never took the time to pronounce my name correctly. Although the head of their HR department is very nice, but unfortunately takes no action when you’re discriminated against - No career growth/development
