      Pros

      - it was a pretty easy job and very laid back - all employees are very nice and fun to work with

      Cons

      - minimal vacation times - often they wouldn't give you time off - no expectations for school activities or exams - can't trade shifts - takes a long time to hire new people so often there can be a lot of books accumulated which can get stressful

      Working with books Great co workers Good pay

      Cons

      Not allowed to switch shifts. At all. Not allowed to have a second job. Will be told to drop a class to attend your shifts, instead of accommodating student schedules. No support from Management or HR. Treated poorly if you aren't their "fav". Not allowed to take unpaid time off, unless approved by the CEO.

      Better pay per hour than most

      Overworked Understaffed Terrible work environment (lots of patrons abusing drugs, alcohol -overdoses so 911 and other services were called every shift) Super stressful No support from management
