Small company. Flexible vacation schedule. Located in a high-amenity office building.
Cons
Company leadership has little respect for employee skills and experience. Faults belong to the employees, while successes belong to the leadership. Despite few people in the company, decision-making is bureaucratic and slow. If you like feeling stupid, this place is for you.
Small office located in Chicago with a start up environment. If you to work in a situation where you are micromanaged then GreenPSF is good for you. Ask a lot questions when interviewing.
Cons
GreenPSF has many issues they need to work on to succeed. There is very little room for ideas or creativity. I worked at GreenPSF for 6 months and knew within the first 2 months that it wasn't a good fit. I enjoy a collaborative and trusting workplace and was unable to fulfill that at GreenPSF.
"Startup" environment even though it's a 4 year old company. The CEO is very persuasive and makes it sound amazing and exciting, but the allure quickly fades.
Cons
Leadership is weak, and there are major personality issues at play. If anyone disagrees with the CEO he or she is quickly sidelined, not given any new or challenging tasks, then slowly fired for not "being a team player" and "not being a go-getter" compared to the other employees who get actual tasks.
