      The CEO is an extraordinary leader who recognizes that leadership is about helping people become their very best. She knows that Leadership isn’t a job; it’s a responsibility. She works closely with the team to help eliminate barriers that may inhibit their success. She creates an environment in which staff are empowered. There is an incredible sense of pride and belonging at Grace Federal Solutions. She leads by example and her commitment to success is less about her and more about creating something unique, special and sustainable for the people who are investing their time and talent into the organization

      Great day to be a Grace employee

      Pros

      There’s a lot to be said for companies that create a fun culture of collaboration and education. As an employee I never feel intimidated to bring any ideas or systems to the CEO’s attention. I am consistently met with positivity and additional feedback which really allows me to feel like I am personally creating value in the business. I mean honestly that is how everyone wants to feel at work I thought? Grace federal Solutions is a company which encourages this type of mentality to the fullest extent!

      Cons

      The upper management is to talented and educated the ability to learn is exponential. I wish I could be attached to their sides all day to learn truly from highly qualified individuals. There is never enough time in a day!!
