Cases assigned suck. No matter what you’re hired for or practice group you’re assigned to, you’ll actually do trucking and slip and fall cases. Benefits are virtually nonexistent.

None of the higher ups consider market salaries in St. Louis and have convinced themselves that the salaries are good. For toting ourselves as biglaw on all firm social media pages. We may work as much as the large market pay firms. However, we are not compensated like them.
