Pros
Pay is good and the work isn’t very hard at all. Pretty relaxed environment as well.
Cons
Training was not great. You really have to figure out what you’re doing on your own. Luckily your coworkers are very helpful.

Fantastic work environment with supportive coworkers. Great work-life balance with an option to work from home several days a week. Management is awesome and trust their employees to self-manage and to take responsibility and ownership of their work and workload.
Cons
I have worked for GRSM for two years and I have yet to find something negative to say about my job or the company.

Busy office. 5/1 to 7/1 attorney to secretary ratio. Friendly coworkers. Experienced staffers are very accessible and helpful. Professional environment.

Heavy turnaround. Would not recommend to an inexperienced staffer.

All my coworkers are great people

Cases assigned suck. No matter what you’re hired for or practice group you’re assigned to, you’ll actually do trucking and slip and fall cases. Benefits are virtually nonexistent.
