      Pros

      They got rid of all of the pros. There were great ones like 1/2 off caffeine. 40% off gopuff orders. Gone. They dont even hire full time.

      Cons

      Pay sucks. They do not care about their employees whatsoever. Corporate would rather cut corners, cut costs, cut people, instead of taking care of them. They decide from cali what works in az. They make decisions based on what earns corporate more. God forbid you work in any of their retail locations. Then you have to hit obscene metrics to expect of people you pay minimum wage or barely 70 cents more.

      Work life balance, instability, frequent layoffs, changes in C suite leadership every 1-2 years with a completely new set of goals and direction.
