      Smart people, great benefits, can make a niche for yourself with the right moves

      Cons

      Terrible managers scattered throughout, no vision, doesn't know what it wants to be, ad revenue covers for slackness in the rest of the company

      Pros

      Everyone I worked with was really on top of their stuff. The perks were amazing and there were a bunch of interesting internal communities to be a part of.

      Cons

      Sometimes it was tough to feel inspired when the scope of the work is so narrow. Performance reviews and the promotion process can be frustrating. There can be a lot of red tape and politics in between teams.
