      Fully remote set up is a plus

      Cons

      - Lack of clear direction and many short term illogical changes based on emotional reactions - Micromanagement and lack of accountability from leaders - Lies on metrics - No real mission. The idea is good, but execution is poor and only focused on revenue via misrepresentation of reality - Childish leadership that has a tendency to mask the truth - High leadership salaries and low mid-management salaries, while mid-management does most of the work and takes most of the blame - Very high turnover

      Pros

      The advantage of the company is: - Employees are very helpful and kind people (except C level) - Product is good as it is related to social impact.

      Cons

      I am not sure which one to write here but I will add the biggest ones: - Most of the people are fired from the company between 3-6 months period - Although there is a lot of workload and pressure, no one appreciates the work being done. - C level doesn't have the skills of being in C level - They keep hire and fire many people, so there is no consistency.
