Not a very good learning opportunity

Pros

They offer the chance to enroll the Goodwill Academy training at the end of the internship

Cons

-Only did administrative work during the internship (invoice summaries), nothing related to the actual job of a European grants consultant. -There are a lot of people enrolled in the Academy and after aprox. 2 months of training you might not get an offer to join the company full time based on the weekly tests (not an issue necessarily, but there could be some sort of assessment before so you don’t waste time (both the internship and the academy are not paid) + everything included in the training can 100% be learnt on the job, with a good mentor)
