They just have a false bravado and an air of entitlement. - Do not let them know what it is that drives you. They will use that during every conversation to keep you hooked. - Don't be fooled by the pot of gold at the end of the tunnel. It is there but there is also a hierarchy of people that are up for promotions before you. - Work Life Balance is HORRIBLE
