Its not what you know but who you know here. No chance of moving up unless you are friends with the right people. No much communication. Overtime is not allowed. Stablehand 1.5% prizemoney payment never submitted on time. You will be paid the same if you have 1 year, or 10 years experience. Cannot earn more money by doing more hours, split shifts, treated like a number.
