      High turn over of staff means getting to know new people regularly!

      Cons

      No loyalty to staff No adherence to their "values" Extremely poor work ethics, demanding everyone go the extra mile constantly with no reward. Multiple staff fired without notice for no due cause. Contractors pay withheld No progression opportunities Toxic work culture
