      Very poor audio files as well poor management services

      Pros

      Good at responding when asking advice on their website page, and that is all.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional in giving no compensation when they suddenly remove you from completing work for them. Very bad audios received from their clients; Very much like an exam room the moment you click on a task that you may be able to complete, thus causing much stress in trying to decipher their difficult files, their recorded files I consider the worse I have ever try to complete.

      Pros

      Large list of (generally) 10 minute files for me to key every morning. I can at least type one file per day.

      Cons

      Payment received for difficult files does not differ from simpler files. Payment has consistently been $2.33 for a 10-minute file. Would really like a mix of file types and sizes please.
