If you're working as an allocated talent, GoFasti is a wonderful place to get you your dream job. The hiring team is very friendly, considerate, and professional. They accompany the talent not only throughout the hiring process but also do frequent check-ins after allocation. If you're working in the internal team, GoFasti is a great place for you to develop your career and increase your experience. I've been around for a year and I'm very grateful for it. They've been helpful in so many different ways: hardware, flexible hours, openness to feedback, and so much more. It's a cheerful place to work, which is a tough thing to accomplish when the entire team is remote and international.

It's an ambitious and growing company that provides location freedom (work from home or anywhere), it's flexible on schedules, provided me with equipment, you get to enjoy local holidays, gives PTO and there's no reductions/taxes on salary. I really like the dynamic and young environment serving tech/digital industries. Management listens to their employee's opinions and suggestions. My favorite thing about working here is the wonderful team spirit, diversity among colleagues and a true sense of community.
