Pros

Remote work, big parties, friendly environment.

Cons

Poor hardware (no macbook option). The codebase is old and messy, the deployment pipeline is messy and doesn't work correctly. Bad internal chat software, they use google chat instead of slack (because it's not free) which is a disappointment. Poor career development management, there really is no career planning at all. Development isn't done locally, they use a remote cloud service but the vm's are very weak and clunky, low on memory, cpu etc. makes the development process slow.
