      Don’t choose this company - no growth no opportunity

      Pros

      You can get a chance to learn some techs that too very old. They don’t have such clients which uses new stack or you can say they don’t have such higher management people who possess such tech knowledge

      Cons

      The company is full of cons only. They will pay you as less as they can and will expect you to work as much as you can. No one is there to guide you and you will be working under lot of strict guidelines. No one will appreciate you and when it comes to yearly hike only people who are close to senior management gets the hike, others get minimal only. Don’t sign any bond with them. They haven’t given experience letter to many former employees too. So much internal politics is played here and people who are close to CEO are favoured always. Don’t Ever choose this company ever.

      As a fresher you will get hands on experience to real world enterprise level projects, which will help you understand the scale of enterprise level projects.

      Cons

      1) Very low pay. 2) Very poor management. 3) Exploitation of employee. 4) Cases of harassment to female employees by senior management.
