Management make false promises, concentration on sales, but other areas are lacking. No support for employees. Two founding owners (sisters) of the company are oblivious to what is going on and think everyone else's lives should revolve around their company like theirs. All they care about is MONEY., perhaps concentrate on treating all your employees equally. A lot of favoritism. Wages are substandard, false promises made.

Low pay. Long hours. Many rewards promised, few delivered. All management decisions are "good" decisions, no matter how disastrous in reality. The founders all seem to be more interested in having important-sounding titles (they are all Chief _____ Officer) than in actually doing something, and God help them if they need to make a quick decision! They also bicker amongst themselves in front of other employees. They are nasty, self-centered, spoiled children and I cannot wait to find another job and get out of there.
