CEO has no compasion or training on how to treat employees. Directors and managers, which nearly everyone is one, are too scared to talk back and this results in a hostile environment. They say they want the best talent but in fact they want to push the best to the limit of slavery and forceful tactics. Please do some homework before working here and ask for a trial run before accepting any job at Dimplex. The employees can be forced to put on a show, but dont be fooled...

- Workload is unrealistic, they need to hire more employees - The "culture" is not positive, people either openly dislike the company and are actively searching for a new job, feel stuck as they've been with the company so long and are riding it out until retirement, or in a bubble of ignorance - Information is greatly silo'd depending on department - Blame for issues and failures is passed around, even to the point of management yelling at employees - The company lies about the culture and opportunities to new employees, they do not support training or internal movement - over time is expected and not rewarded or thanked for, nor is it compensated for
