Horrible communication, everyone blames everyone else for the negative environment instead of looking at themselves. No one is willing to help anyone, it's a bunch of rabid dogs clawing their way to the top of the pile, not caring who they hurt along the way, very enthical place to work.

Executive Management has zero leadership skills. Questionable financial practices. Decision making ability of a first grader. They operate an American business as if it's a European business. Co-workers are psychotic and depressing. Over 100k spent on multiple projects that were a complete waste of time and money that ended up failing. Horrible office conditions. Raises are not given unless you threaten to leave. No future growth. Lost skill sets. Company operates in a constant state of disfunction.
