Co-workers are psychotic and depressing. Over 100k spent on multiple projects that were a complete waste of time and money that ended up failing. Horrible office conditions. Raises are not given unless you threaten to leave. No future growth. Lost skill sets. Company operates in a constant state of disfunction.
