The onboarding process was smooth and well organized, which made it easy to settle into the role. The team was very welcoming, friendly and supportive, helping me feel comfortable from the beginning. The work environment is collaborative, and team members are always willing to help. Communication across the team has also been clear and effective.
Cons
One area that could be further enhanced is providing a bit more clarity around priority tasks and key expectations in the early stages, which may help new joiners focus their efforts more effectively. Additionally, becoming familiar with various systems and tools takes some time, so any additional guidance in the beginning could make this transition even smoother.
