Where to begin!
The management is populated by racists! If you are Indian, prepare for demeaning and disrespectful encounters with ignorant, unprofessional managers who treat you like slaves they can boss around, and if you stand up for yourself or confront them about it, they will not pay you any bonus, and not promote you regardless of your competence and ability and positive feedback from clients.
Even when a bonus is paid, it's about 1/3 of the monthly salary! So peanuts! And you can forget about a decent yearly increment - less than three digits, and not always yearly.
The management and HR are sloppy, don't respond to emails and, specially the test managers, can barely communicate in decent English!
If you have any talent, ambition and self respect, DO NOT join this monstrosity of a sweat shop.
