Pros
- Plenty of opportunities to do good work. - Very flexible working hours (pro for young people, con for people with a family) - 1 week work from anywhere. - The bar is set really low.
Cons
Leadership is toxic: 1. Hiring process is a scam from a great salesman 2. Calls employees family (iykyk) 3. Pretty sure all of the 5star reviews on Glassdoor are fake, no such people exist. There is a graveyard of people who have left burnt out/unhappy/with a worse mental health state. 4. Poor management of project timelines and resourcing (they never know what they are doing 3days ahead; leaves are not respected in planning of resources) 5. Leadership celebrates people with great ideas, execution is someone else’s problem. So if you are actually good at your job, prepare for it to be your problem at 3am 6. Senior leadership openly makes homophobic comments, and a plethora of inappropriate/ unprofessional/ childish comments.
