Pros
- There are some great, hardworking, and kind people who work here. - Small team - Occasional in-office team bonding - Ability to sometimes work from home
Cons
- No room for growth at all. You can be stuck in the same position for 10 years. - Disorganized - Lack of communication between departments/teams - Money is spent everywhere except on the employees themselves - Benefits are lacking (No matching 401k, expensive health insurance that isn't even very good, very strict and limited vacation policy, etc.) - Not enough employees to do everything that needs to be done, leading to employees wearing too many hats.
