      Pros

      Solar Industry exposure, renewable energy knowledge, start-up early exposure

      Cons

      Worst company to work, does not pays their employees for months, has over 10 crores over-dues with employees, defaulted many projects and bad culture. never think of joining this firm

      Not so good, considering being a newcomer to industry post my MBA. It should have been better based on the start-up.

      Pros

      Being a start-up, good opportunities for people like me to grow in quick time. Also got good exposure by meeting experienced project developers and through contract management & negotiation.

      Cons

      Bad infrastructure,bad employee welfare system, bad remuneration practices, inconsistent working atmosphere, improper work life balance and bad training practices.
