Great company, great projects, low quality small team management ruining it all
Pros
- social package (food, insurance, various types of sports activities and sports coverage policies, large corporate library with access to educational videos, conferences, etc.) - sky-limit salaries range you can trade for and career opportunities - interesting projects - increasing products portfolio, the company acquires other start-up and hires people for them on a regular basis - loud & fun parties
Cons
- HR policies blurry across wide compay teams, some teams have benefits other teams do not have - personally faced with weak team management, being fired on a very subjective basis, management asking for most "grilling" feedback for your teammates during periodical reviews, and then chasing after you for any negative feedback - transparency and positive attitude as a value on the paper only - fluency in team management positions, not ensuring passing info over to other managers, poor OKR/ KPI tracking and feedback from the low experience, hardly qualified for the job team managers whatsoever
