Pros

* Nice Offices * Have met very sweet and clever colleagues - that have already quited by now.

Cons

* Para-normal working requirements * If you don't work for 12hours daily, you do not give the "extra-mile" for the company * The multitasking becomes part of your blood! So many to do's in so little time. The only thing that I was not asked to do, is to clean the toilettes. * The Worst HR department ever! They are just interested in inviting famous chef making Thai food, when all the employees are unpaid for months. At least that day they had to eat - since the other days they were with no money at all!! * Unreliable towards their promises - both for clients and employees * Accountant Department - just have to say that makes jokes about the delay of the payments - even if it takes months to gain a euro, they still have a (black) sense of humour * Semi-baked development work, due to huge pressure regarding deadlines. * Testing is not recuired in this company. This is amazing! No testing at all - and we still deliver the expensive sites. * Copy / paste sites, make a research and you will see it. The differentiation comes to the colour pallettes.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros except some nice decorated offices that they stole the ideas from the big companies.

Cons

About the positive reviews: Apparently, all the positive reviews are made by the C-Levels and some team "leaders", we know who you are. I can't imagine anybody in that company (ex-colleagues etc etc) reviewing positively this company. I repeat, every single positive review is made by the C-Levels, don't trust them. About the company: This is the most client-centric company I've ever been in my entire life, meaning that all the employees are nothing but slaves and they have no value. They evaluate you based on how many over-hours you've worked and not based on the quality and delivery of your work. If you have no life GET ONE, don't waste it on this company, it's just not worth it. There is absolutely no organization and they have absolutely no clue in what they're doing or how to work effectively (agile methodologies etc..). They work in waterfall methodology which falls short every single time, and guess what, they blame the developer. If something goes wrong with the delivery, it will always be YOUR FAULT. They blame everybody except themselves for their own inability to organize and plan properly. They only care for money, paid awards and trophies. They don't care about how to improve their employees skillset (through trainings etc..) and every employee is expendable. Developers knows about the working conditions in this company and even if the company asks for employers (from other companies who hire employees to companies) developers rejects the offers. About Career Opportunities: Career opportunities in this company comes in the form of a USELESS TITLE like "project team leader" or whatever. They just change the positions of their ugly offices (like those we have in schools) from one corner to the other. The price for the title of course is working over-hours, having no work-life balance and be an ugly snitch. I hope this review will help people who are looking for jobs because that will be a total waste of your time, money and life in general.

Pros

- Great co-workers (until late 2016) - Filtered water - Many free hugs (Especially every Friday during ex-Generation Y gatherings)

Cons

- The WORST COMPANY one could ever work - Horrible HR Department - "Managers" are disrespectful to employees - Terrible treatment in cases of absence (illnesses, etc.) - Unpayed employees for over 1 year - Forced to work overhours, otherwise you are "blacklisted" - No values...or, ONE CORE VALUE: "you are replaceable" - Your work is never appreciated and no bonus came after so many years - Delay in project delivery! As a result...too many dissapointed clients
