      Pros

      Get to talk to many different people. Meet some amazing people. Pulls you out of your comfort zone.

      Cons

      The hours are insane. Not much of the money actually goes to the charities they fund. Very cultish.

      None that I can tell.

      Cons

      This is a sales pit job — they call you quickly while barely reviewing your CV and they get you into a group interview. You cannot get to know people with group interviews and it makes things awkward. Only the execs make money according to their income profiles and their initial dishonestly and unclear on details in the beginning is how they run their business. If you are fresh out of college or between the ages of 18-25 this job may work due to the low pay.

      You learn what a Pyramid scheme job that tries to act like a legit company looks like.

      Cons

      The rabbithole goes deeper than i thought, they are a 3rd party sales company that force you to stand outside all day, and get money for charities. Less than 10% of the money goes to the charities, and they use sales tactics and manipulation to get the money from people. Insane hours for literally pennies.
