The work environment is motivating and encourages employees to give their best. Efforts and contributions are appreciated, and there is strong encouragement for the work we do. The company also provides several benefits that support employee well-being. The colleagues are friendly and supportive, and they are always willing to help whenever there is a problem, making the workplace comfortable and positive.

Cons

During the initial phase, freshers may experience a learning curve, as the training period focuses more on theory with limited exposure to actual project work. This can sometimes delay clarity about real job responsibilties.
