Stupid workload expectations, unsupportive management, lazy management, disorganised to the max! management backed franchisees disgusting behavior to head office staff.

Pros

- really kind coworkers - supportive and really lovely managers!! - simple job - mindless work that is easy - scooping is harder at the beginning but gets so much easier as you work there longer - free samples and the ability to taste all of the flavours - shifts a good amount of time (4-7hours)

Cons

- schedule only comes out the week of work, often late in the week which makes it hard to make plans - have to plan around work schedule - repetitive - if customers dont specify e.g. cone or cup you constantly have to keep asking the same questions - simple job description so it is not that stimulating
