Management and Franchisee's lack respect - Anonymous employee Gelatissimo Employee Review

As a new employee at Gelatissimo, I’ve had a great experience so far. The management is incredibly supportive and responsive, taking the time to thoroughly train me and accommodate my needs, especially since this is my first job. The team is friendly, creating a welcoming and positive environment to work in. I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow here and feel confident in such a well-managed workplace! The owners are really passionate about their products and find meaning and purpose in their gelato and that’s why we are called Gelato Ambassadors and Artisans. It’s fun working here.
