      Pros

      Good to put something in your CV if you are Junior and from Czech Republic. Free fresh fruit, coffee. Half payed meal vouchers. Good work/life balance, no pressure.

      Cons

      Slow moving: a lot of people working on 2 games since 10 years. Investor too involved, often having financial problems and fire people or reducing salary. Open space chaos, people talking, sometime too much noise. No career opportunities, they hire for that position and that salary. No benefits. Manager not very experienced.

      Pros

      Free fruits and veggies, the offices are nice

      Cons

      Since it was adquired by Applovin the focus was shifted from game development to UA and stocks. During COVID pandemic they took away benefits like creative fridays, fired several colleagues, forced people to go to the office to just sit there with masks on in a very depressing environment. I have seen people left alone crying in their desks, something I never expected from a game studio. So sad.

      - Friendly atmosphere - People from all over the world - Offices in Prague, which is a beautiful city - Fresh fruit and veggies - Events and celebrations every few months - Cool place for people starting or learning

      Cons

      - Conservative management with hierarchical structure - Too many meetings and micromanagement - Too slow to adress problems - Extremely poor work / life balance - Lack of culture - Lack of flexibility - Outdated mindset - No lenguage classes
