Pros

You probably think all these reviews are fake, and I didn’t believe them either when I first applied. So while I hope you believe mine if you don’t, take a look at how management respond to the negatives and hopefully you’ll see the kind of culture we have. Senior leadership are fantastic Culture is everything I want it to be Product is incredible Pay and benefits are fair leaning to generous. Moreover there is a focus on meangiful benefits, stuff like a free lunch is great but healthcare, life and travel insurance, therapy - they really make a difference

Cons

Late nights to cover US hours are common, but this is always made clear if it applies to your role and you are never expected to work more hours, just start a bit later.

I genuinely wouldn't hesitate if you are thinking about working here. Great people, amazing product, thorough onboarding, good benefits.

Cons

No bonus for CSMs, but I think that will change.

Pros

The team is full of talented, friendly, and supportive people who genuinely care about doing great work. The onboarding and product training are excellent, structured, thorough, and genuinely help you feel confident in the product. Social events were well organised and good employee benefits.

Cons

The culture doesn’t always reflect the openness and transparency that’s often promoted. While feedback is encouraged in theory, it can feel risky to be fully honest without it being misinterpreted. There’s a noticeable inconsistency in leadership, some managers are supportive and genuinely care about development, while others can come across as overly critical or dismissive. I experienced behaviour from a leader that felt unprofessional and undermining, which made it difficult to feel valued or supported. Targets and expectations are ambitious, which isn’t a bad thing, but the level of support to reach them isn’t always there. It can leave people feeling under pressure rather than motivated.

Pros

Really positive atmosphere and friendly culture and sense of everyone's helping out and lifting each other up. Lots of growth and development opportunities. Fast paced with lots of exciting projects. Great benefits and feel rewarded for working here.

Cons

Workload is huge and sometimes challenging (but that can also be seen as a positive).
