decent salary, "semi-stocked kitchen", semi-decent medical, good people on IT and Support Teams, a lot of work (if job security is your main priority)

Hectic, disorganized, IT is being micromanaged by a non-IT person, no real governance/best practices in place, blame culture, kills motivation very fast, incredibly high employee turnover rate
This company gave me a chance to prove my full potential! That's the only upside to employment there.
Kitchen is fully stocked too.

Left at the first opportunity as this place it is a one stop shop.
Management doesn't give direction, and points the finger of blame at the nearest target! Empty promises and misleading leadership!
Owner is more worried about his image than truly fixing the issues within the operations and culture.
