What the hell are they playing at? Do they even know what they want? Do they even know what the roles they have and what profile to fill them with?
I am adaptable, I haven't ever had any problems in over 20 years delivering, and never had this kind of weird ness, yet here, it was never right.
I don't even think it was personal, I think my team lead liked playing at being a manager, and wanted to mess around with people. Thats the only conclusion I can draw.
So if I were you I would be very careful about accepting an offer from this company in preference over any other. I did, and I regret it.
