Pros

Timely Salary: Salary is always paid on time, which is rare and appreciated. Food Quality: Lunch and snacks provided by the company are of good quality. Friendly Team Environment: Most developers are very friendly and helpful. The team lead is particularly supportive and has a strong willingness to teach. Cricket & Break Activities: Cricket can be played during break time, although you still need to manage it within the strict one-hour break policy. Separate Lunch Room: A dedicated space for lunch with a TV makes the break time more enjoyable. Beginner-Friendly: Good learning opportunities for junior developers or interns. Might be a decent start for freshers. Project Management Tools: They follow a project planning and task management system, though not effectively enforced. Annual Tour: There's an annual team outing, usually to a local restaurant or shopping mall in Dhaka.

Cons

Constantly Changing Rules: Even after signing a detailed contract, new policies are frequently introduced without consultation. Unrealistic Break Policy: Only 1 hour is allowed for all personal needs — lunch, prayers, rest, tea, washroom, etc. Management expects everything to be handled within this hour. Unfair Resignation Policy: Employees must give a 2-month notice, but the company can terminate with only 15 days' notice. Inconsistent Workload: Sometimes there's barely any work; other times multiple urgent tasks are thrown at you at the end of the week with tight deadlines. Outdated Equipment: Extremely slow PCs (from 2017) are used for modern development needs. Requests for upgrades are denied. Poor Compensation Structure: Interns are offered extremely low pay (e.g., 5000 BDT), and even mid-level devs receive unfair offers. No proper performance-based increments. Salary Deductions: Any minor deviation from 198 working hours per month results in proportional salary cuts, even if you exceed total hours overall. Bridge Leave System: To take a single extra leave around holidays, employees must compensate with more hours than taken off — 1 day leave = 18 hours of extra work. Work-Life Pressure: Despite completing 9 hours of work, developers are pressured to continue exploring or working after hours. Collaboration Issues: Coordination between frontend, backend, and QA teams is poor, often resulting in misaligned deliverables and last-minute pressure. Prayer & Lunch Delays: Prayer times are unstructured, and lunch often gets delayed until 3–4 PM. Management seems unaware or indifferent to this. Monitoring Washroom Use: There are even policies about using the washroom before and after office hours — employees must strictly follow break times, even at the expense of personal health. Salary Exploitation: Despite working extra hours, no additional pay is provided. On the contrary, even small absences result in deductions. Work with Outdated Tech: Many projects use outdated technology and poorly written code. Suggestions for improvement are often ignored. Toxic Senior Behavior: While most peers are friendly, some senior employees act in an arrogant or dismissive manner.

Pros

Environment, Food, Praying room, Space and time to learn and grow for fresher. Time table of leave and entry is lenient.

Cons

Management is worse. They will show you dreams BLA BLA, end of the day your increment will not be sufficient. For ex: 2k/4k. Thats it. They will hire you and will try to keep you if you are needed for their current project. Not like if you are good or Solid employe.

Pros

Subsidized lunch, friendly employees, good enough space and good working environment

Cons

Development tools that are provided from company are quite old, laggy and slow in performance. It's not a good experience. No appreciation from management side. Misleading promise and offers from management side. No valid and solid review system. Worst possible negotiation experience.
