Pros
I spent 2 years working out of the GVAV office in the South West. GVAV provided a large amount of training and opportunity to set my career in a direction of my choosing. I left the industry to pursue another career, however my time here was well spent. The support from the management in the South West was great (during some tough personal times) and the overall team atmosphere is second to none.
Cons
GVAV Can be a tad busy at times, but this is the nature of the work and industry. Personally I enjoyed it, but it may not be for everyone.
