Pros
1) For a fresher it is a good company to work in because you get exposed to different kind of projects and get to learn lot of things. 2)Talents are well recognized and good appraisal is given if we do good work. 3) Work life balance: if we are able to complete the work on time we can leave on time and they don't disturb you on saturdays and sundays like lot other companies.
Cons
1) For upskilling of the employees if the company supports in the providing due platform it would be nice. 2)No major cons
