      good learning, very good projects, a great team leader.. good for those who can take pressure and perform well..

      Cons

      long working shifts.. very few leaves.. no work-life balance.. shortage of experienced developers..

      Pros

      The working atmosphere is quite good. The work within the company also allows to learn things from different departments like Mobile App Devs or Full Stack Devs. So overall experience is quite open and work friendly.

      Cons

      There is a communication gap between the internal management which leads to some confusion between the devlopers.
