Cons

So toxic, from the CEO down to the pioneers. Management seem to enjoy "laitan" culture and lowering the people's morale. The amount of elitist comments you hear on a daily is unbelievable. Instead of a formal email announcement, you get official news through chismis. HR is also unreliable. No work life balance.

Pros

People in gobo bond like a family. They're solid and a lot of them are pioneers of the company. You'll gain friends. But you should know how to set boundaries. They give away money/bonuses during special events like Christmas party and post mortem.

Cons

You have food allowance for OT but that doesn't compensate the time and effort you spent for long hours of work. The bosses would demand you to work during the weekend because they like kissing clients' a$$s (as if we earn as much as they do)

- Workplace is like a high school classroom with a lot of bullies, who are being tolerated by an equally toxic management - Good people often resign from this company, leaving you with the rotten ones - HR is almost non-existent, with no stand or spine, and was unable to hire the right people to help do the job - Their Client Services Director is known internally (and externally by clients) for scolding teammates within sight and earshot of everyone --to their humiliation
