      Nepotism 101

      They have a good product.

      Cons

      Culture of nepotism - if you're "in" with the founders you are untouchable regardless of your work performance. It's a leadership team of ex-corporate middle managers who have mastered the art of saying the right things, yet when it comes to execution it is all finger-pointing. There is zero transparency and accountability from leadership on downwards, leading to clouded decision-making, inconsistent prioritization, and a lack of understanding of how efforts should be focused in order to do work that actually will impact the business.

      Lack of Leadership & Flat Out Liars

      Pros

      Innovate products - will make a difference in Oral Health care - good core of employees in the corporate office and some of the field reps.

      Cons

      Upper management needs to learn how to coach and motivate. No career path for growth; they expect you to wear 10 different hats but when your opinion is asked and given, they don’t take it. They claim to be transparent and preach “ohana” but it’s the exact opposite. No mentorship - they are just yes men/women. They are constantly changing direction and throwing ideas on the wall hoping that it will stick!

      Pros

      Growing company, fast paced with an awesome product. Work culture is relaxed, people are nice and helpful. I learned helpful skills here.

      Cons

      Very unorganized, upper levels micro manage and can be very rude. Chaotic. No one knows what's actually going on or communicates. Low level people were in the office while upper level came 2-3 times a week, sometimes even less.
